    Maxtech PU Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant Series

    • PU-30 Low Modulus Construction Sealant — One-component, moisture-curing. Elongation ≥600%, Shore A 25±5. Moves with the building for expansion joints, panel seams, and perimeter sealing. Density 1.35±0.05 g/cm³, tack-free ≤180 min.

    • PU-40 / PU-50 / PU-55 High Modulus Adhesive — Structural grade for high-strength bonding and heavy load joints. Higher tensile modulus, Shore A 40–55. For curtain walls, metal panels, and civil engineering.

    • WS-801 Fast-Cured Adhesive — Rapid handling strength. Tack-free in minutes, ideal for quick field repairs and production line assembly where downtime matters.

    • One-Component & Two-Component Angle Corner PU Adhesive — Thixotropic, non-sag paste for door/window corner sealing. Two-component offers accelerated cure for high-turnover fabrication.

    • PU-24 / PU-68 Wood Floor Adhesive — Elastic, low-odor, paintable after cure. Bonds solid and engineered wood to concrete and screeds, dampens sound.

    • PU-310 Low-Modulus Self-Leveling Joint Sealant — Liquid flow grade for horizontal joints in pavements and floors. Self-smoothing, fills narrow gaps without tooling, ideal for airport runway and highway application
