PU-40 is a one-component moisture curable polyurethane sealant with good sealing and flexibility. PU-40 is A high-modulus, weather-proof polyurethane sealant is a rigid, high-strength adhesive formulated to form durable, elastomeric bonds. It permanently seals joints and absorbs movement while resisting environmental extremes like UV rays and moisture. It is ideal for exterior construction, metal seams, and concrete.
