Maxtech Self-Leveling Joint Sealant for Airport Runways, Pavement & Highways:

  • PU Polyurethane (PU-360): One-component, self-leveling with excellent elasticity. Elongation ≥1000%, ensuring superior bonding without cracking. Odorless & eco-friendly. Specifically engineered for horizontal expansion joints in airport runways, highways, bridges, and square floors. Resistant to oil, acid, alkali, puncture, and chemical corrosion.

  • Silicone Self-Leveling Type: Outstanding weather and UV resistance. Ideal for pavement and roof joints, delivering long-term durability in exposed environments.

  • Key Features: Single component, easy application without tooling. Excellent adhesion and waterproofing. High movement accommodation (±25%). Compatible with concrete, wood, metal, PVC and various substrates.

  • Packaging Options: 600ml sausage (20 pcs per box), 20kg pail (36 pails per pallet), 230kg drum.

The Sealant are Engineered for horizontal expansion joints. Self-leveling, no tooling required. Movement accommodation ±25%. Fast curing with ≥1000% elongation. Excellent waterproofing and adhesion to concrete. Resists jet fuel, oil, and de-icing chemicals. Withstands -40°C to +80°C. Single component, easy on-site use. Low modulus design reduces stress at bond line. Suitable for new build and repair.
