Self-leveling silicone sealant is a flowable, 1-part RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) adhesive designed to fill horizontal cracks, joints, and gaps without needing tooling. It creates a durable, flexible, and weatherproof seal for concrete, industrial, and electrical applications, remaining functional from -60°C to +260°C.

SL-003 is High quality one component Silicone Sealant with excellent elastic joint material.

∎Key Features

1.Has good UV resistance, fuel resistance, heat and humidity resistance, water resistance and low temperature resistance.

2. Strong tear resistance, good adhesion to steel, aluminum and other metals, various concrete, buildings, etc.

3. Suitable for areas where seam activity is hit, especially airport runways, to tell the road's expansion joints.

4. Good technicality, not easy, non-toxic, safe and reliable to use, easy to operate.

5.It has excellent air tightness and water tightness, good low temperature flexibility, and can be cured at room temperature or humidified.

1. Sealing of the overall mailbox of the aircraft; high-speed ships, water-proof for you, leak-proof for all kinds of ships; caulking of decks, glass sealing of windows on ships, etc.

2. Modern wall joints in the field of construction engineering; waterproofing of joints in high-rise buildings; glass doors and windows of building construction with embedded seals.

3. It is especially suitable for concrete filling gaps of various types of concrete such as airport runways, platforms, highways, large-scale wharfs, bridges, dams, swimming pools, aircraft hangars, underground road tunnels and other concrete. 4. The products can be divided into single and double components. Colors can be divided into black, gray and white.

∎Chemical Resistance

●SL-003 is excellent resistant to fresh water, saltwater, sewage water and acids.

 ●Temporarily resistant to fuels, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats and oils.

 ●Not resistant to organic acids and caustic solutions or solvents.
