Maxtech Construction PU (Polyurethane) Sealants are single-component, moisture-curing elastomeric mastics designed for professional sealing, waterproofing, and structural bonding. Formulated by MAXTECH International, these sealants react with atmospheric moisture to form a heavy-duty, flexible, and weather-resistant rubber seal.

Maxtech categorizes its PU construction line into three functional types based on project orientation and mechanical demand: 

1. Paste / Non-Sag Joint Sealants (Vertical & Overhead) : PU24, PU30,PU35 PU40, PU50, PU55, WS801

2.Self-Leveling Liquid Sealants (Horizontal Concrete) : PU-310

PU-30 Low Modulus Construction PU Sealant

PU-30 Low modulus polyurethane (PU) construction sealants are highly elastic, moisture-curing adhesives designed for demanding building joints that experience significant thermal expansion and contraction. Because they are low modulus, they stretch easily without exerting stress on joint edges, making them perfect for dynamic gaps.

PU-50 High Modulus Construction PU Polyurethane Adhesive

PU50 is a one-part, high viscous, moisture curing Polyurethane Adhesive/Sealant. Characterised by a high thixotropy it is ideal for all kinds of applications where a good initial grab (green strength) is required in order to keep in place the parts to be bonded, such as application in vertical. Once extruded it cures by reaction to the atmospheric moisture to form a high performance, permanently flexible elastic adhesive.

PU-55 Polyurethane Construction High Modulus Sealant Shore A 55

PU (55) is a one-part, high viscous, moisture curing Polyurethane Adhesive/Sealant. Characterised by a high thixotropy it is ideal for all kinds of applications where a good initial grab (green strength) is required in order to keep in place the parts to be bonded, such as application in vertical.

PU-68 Parquet Adhesive Structural Wooden Floor Adhesive - Solvent, water and Amine Free

Parquet Adhesive PU-68 is a one-part, moisture-curing, rigid/flexible polyurethane adhesive free from solvents,water,alcohol,and amine. Easily applied by trowel.Good filling properties, no-shrinkage and easy to apply using a dented spatula. Excellent resistance to water, temperatures and ageing.Characterised by a high shear resistance (DIN 281)and an exceptional resistance to the permeation of humidity, it guarantees the safe laying of wood floors on screeds with a high humidity level content.

WS-801 Ultra Rapid Curing Multi-Purpose Adhesive Polyurethane Adhesive

Polyurethane Adhesive WS 801 is a single component, fast curing, solvent free moisture cured polyurethane adhesive, once cured, transformed into a very strong grip adhesive with excellent water and temperature resistance.

  • Designed for wood waterproof fast bonding, (clamps shelved at room temperature for 5 minutes) especially for handicraft products.

PU-1838 One component Polyurethane Translucent Adhesive

● Polyurethane Adhesive Translucent PU-1838 is a one-part, fast-hardening translucent, solvent-free moisture curing polyurethane adhesive which, once hardened, transforms into a very strong-grip adhesive with excellent resistance to water, temperatures, weathering and ageing conditions. Due to the excellent filling properties, it is suitable for use in beading/cord applications.  

● PU-1838 Designed for water-resistant bonding of wooden elements where a fast mechanical hold is necessary (10 minutes of clamp hold at room temperature) in order to permit working of hand-manufactured articles.
