SI6230 White Gray Black Thermal Conductivity Silicone potting compound Sealant
SI 6230 is a kind of two-component silicone thermal conductivity potting adhesive, white gray black three colors, after mixing has good fluidity, operation time can be adjusted according to temperature, room temperature can be deeply cured, suitable for all kinds of heat and temperature elements potting protection, fully in line with the EU ROHS 2.0 directive and SVHC REACH requirements. Its basic characteristics are:

Operation and use process
l Before sizing, stir A and B components evenly in their respective packages, because the filler may partially settle during storage.
l The components A and B are weighed at a ratio of 1:1, mixed evenly, and injected directly into the components (or modules) that need to be filled and protected. It is best to slowly inject along one side of the wall, which can reduce the generation of bubbles.
l The pot-sealed component is left to stand and let it bubble itself. After the bubble has basically disappeared, it can be heated and cured, or it can be cured directly at room temperature. It takes about 12hr.

Precautions
l Vacuum defoaming of A/B components after mixing can improve the performance of hardened products
l A and B components should be sealed and stored after use
l Too low temperature will lead to slow curing speed, too high temperature will lead to fast curing speed, it is recommended that the workshop constant temperature
l SI 6230 with sulfur, amine, organotin, unsaturated hydrocarbon plasticizer and other materials contact will be difficult to harden, the common substances are rosin, natural rubber, before use must be tested.
l The data of the product is tested in a constant temperature environment of 25℃. Please test in other low or high temperature environments first. If there is any abnormality, please consult the relevant sales staff.

Storage and transportation
l This product needs to be stored in a cool and dry environment below 35 ° C, and the storage period is 1 year below 25 ° C.
l Such products are non-dangerous goods and can be transported as general chemicals. Be careful of leakage during transportation.
l Products beyond the shelf life should be confirmed to be abnormal before use.
l The storage process may produce a little settlement stratification, stirring evenly after use will not affect the performance.
l In order to reduce serious sedimentation caking, it is necessary to turn upside down stored materials regularly, it is recommended to turn once a month.
PS: The handling time and curing time are tested with the dispensing amount of 200g.
All the data of curing state were determined after 7 days of adhesive curing at 25℃ and 55%RH.
